How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link: Order Status. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at email@example.com to ask questions anytime.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 15 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

Can I modify my order?
Changes to your order can only be made if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process.
Why didn't my order come together in one package?
Your orders are shipped from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the best possible service. Some orders containing multiple, different items may be shipped individually. It is possible to receive one item before getting the next. Please don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others packages are on the way.
